At Marco’s Kitchen, every dish tells a story—one that begins with Chef Marco Conte’s roots in classic Italian cooking and unfolds into flavors from around the world. Inspired by family traditions, travels across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, and a passion for excellence, Marco has created a dining experience that is as eclectic as it is elegant. 2026 marks 50 years of Chef cooking, with humble beginnings, cooking on-the-line at his grandparents' restaurant in Detroit when I was 12-years-old.
